Hard Target Interdiction course conducted in 1996 at Yakima Washington. The target behind the class was engaged by .50 caliber rifle fire from a little over 1400 meters. Note the group size. Winds were 6-14 knots depending on the angle of attack on the targets. Temperature was 110 degrees at a little over 3000 ASL. Rifles are a mix of Barret M82A1 and SR-25 Suppressed guns. |

Weapons are a suppressed SR-25 and the Barrett M82A1 again. Slung over the heavy shooter's back is a Suppressed CAR-15 with an OPSINC suppressor. |

This is a rare photo because in this photo the Polish army dressed up in U.S clothing for a training mission, the mission was similar to the SOG or LRRP missions during the Viet Nam war. The reason for this training was to prepare for the soldiers for the Cold war and use them as spies just like the Germans did in World War II. |

HTI Operator using a 2" Theodolite to determine the range to a target. A degree of accuracy of 1.4 meters at 1600 meters is possible when using a Theodolite. The systems are passive and are therefore not detectable. |
